ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 days, with delivery usually occurring within 3-7 days. However, please note that longer shipping times may apply to certain countries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Most of our products are typically manufactured in your country through our global supplier network, which helps reduce transportation emissions. However, if a product is not produced locally, you may incur import taxes as per local regulations.

We also offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply upon arrival, and WildMarket is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will after it has been properly analysed then refund the full order amount minus eventual import duties taxes and shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@wildmarket.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
